    • “The Eagle IO Mentoring Program at MSU seeks to enhance the retention and completion rate of undergraduate students and the hiring rate of students once they graduate by facilitating intentional, integrated, collaborative, and academic support”

  2. Purpose

    • “The goal of our mentoring program is to prepare students to enter the workforce and have 90% of senior-status program participants placed in a full-time job within 4 months of graduating.”
