3. Cryo fixation (i.e., vitrification) and freeze-substitution
4. Methods to localize or visualize proteins in TEM microscopes
5. Electron tomography (i.e., ET)
6. 3D EM volume imaging
7. Correlative light and electron microscopy
8. Cryo electron tomography of cells and tissues
